Additional Info:  Beautiful kart design, some need new stickers, cosmetics good, & tires in good condition.  Electronic  Kart Control on all Karts. These Karts feature the Honda High Performance aluminum 6.5 HP high torque engine providing best in class performance and excellent reliability.  These Karts were the industry's premier design with solid channel and tubular framing, isolated left side engine drive, oversize gas tank allowing full day operation, over the shoulder single point harness, cushioned back and head rest with roll bar, and front protection safety bar.

Payment & Removal

Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items only on the dates / times specified below. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to bring all tools and labor necessary for item removal. Biddergy accepts cash, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). Successful high bidders are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply. Sales Tax & Title Items

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide our office with the proper documentation upon making payment. Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $90.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can also apply for license plates / registration if you so choose. Non-Michigan Residents will pay according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. It will take approximately 15 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.

Auctions

Auction dates and times are approximate and Biddergy reserves the right to alter times and dates at its discretion. Times are listed as Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are programmed to extend 5 minutes if last minute bids are placed. If no other bids are placed within 5 minutes, auction will end. Example - An item is scheduled to end at 8:00pm, a bid is placed at 7:58pm, the ending time will be extended 5 minutes making the end time 8:03pm, this will continue until no bids are placed during the last 5 minutes.
