Additional Info:  BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL REMOVAL AND LOADING - Piano is L:60" W:73" and H:39" w/caster base - Does not include any miscellaneous items that may appear in the pictures

Seller Description & Removal Suggestions:  Weber Grand Piano made in New York (believed to be made sometime in the 20's or 30's). It is a full grand piano size. It functions as it should with all pedals, action, and keys free moving,  and undamaged all keys produce tone. Would just need a look over by a piano tuner to be fully useable by buyer. It's a nice piano just cosmetically has some flaws, and doesn't have a bench. 

The Hallway with the handrail is 57" so to move it down the hall on its current base the rail would have to be removed. Best option would be to put it on its side on several rolling furniture dollies at the top of the ramp and load it out. No matter what It needs to be on its side to fit out the door (door is 46"). And to move a piano on its side the lid and music stand need to be removed and also one leg so it can tip over without putting all its weight on one leg when it pivots.

Payment & Removal

Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items only on the dates / times specified below. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to bring all tools and labor necessary for item removal. Sales Tax & Title Items

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide our office with the proper documentation upon making payment. Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $120.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can also apply for license plates / registration if you so choose. Non-Michigan Residents will pay according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. It will take approximately 15 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.

Auctions

Auction dates and times are approximate and Biddergy reserves the right to alter times and dates at its discretion. Times are listed as Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are programmed to extend 5 minutes if last minute bids are placed. If no other bids are placed within 5 minutes, auction will end. Example - An item is scheduled to end at 8:00pm, a bid is placed at 7:58pm, the ending time will be extended 5 minutes making the end time 8:03pm, this will continue until no bids are placed during the last 5 minutes.
