The LG LCN426HV Cool Premier Indoor Unit Only 41,000 BTU Single Zone Ceiling Cassette Inverter Ductless Air Conditioner is a mini split unit that can connect to a single zone outdoor unit.

Some features of the LG LCN426HV Cool Premier Indoor Unit include control lock function, a two thermistor control and a 24-hour on/off timer. This unit is a ceiling cassette unit, which provides for a discreet look, since only the ceiling grill shows. It also means that this unit provides both heating and cooling.

Also designed with ductless technology, the cooling and heating needs for your home are distributed evenly and efficiently. LG is known as a leader in ductless air conditioner mini-split systems. A ductless split system is similar to a central air system; however, it is a split (2-part) design that consists of an indoor air handler (as seen on this page) and the noisy condenser (sold separately) which is installed outside.

Inspection Times

All items are brand new and distributor direct. Items will be shipped post auction to our Kalamazoo auction center from Pennsylvania. Items maybe viewed in person by appointment only at the distributor's warehouse in Pennsylvania. Please call (866) 260-1611 to arrange this if desired. All items are being sold "as-is" however all items are brand new in original packaging.

Condition

All bids are considered legal binding contracts and are subject to Biddergy's terms and conditions as well as privacy policy. All items listed for auction are to be sold "as is, where as". All items are sold without warranty of any kind, neither express nor implied, all sales are final no matter of listed description. Biddergy allows 7 days for marine items purchased in "running condition" to be inspected by a "certified marine technician".

Buyer's premium is 15% on this particular auction. Please note there is no cash or wire transfer discount offered.

Payment & Removal

Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items only on the dates / times specified below. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to bring all tools and labor necessary for item removal. Biddergy accepts cash, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). Successful high bidders are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply. All items will be available for pick up at our Kalamazoo auction center on Monday August 1st. Payment and pick up is required within 7 days from this date. Biddergy reserves the right to charge your credit card on file if payment / removal is not made during the designated time allotted. Sales Tax & Title Items

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide our office with the proper documentation upon making payment. Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $90.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can also apply for license plates / registration if you so choose. Non-Michigan Residents will pay according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. It will take approximately 15 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.

Auctions

Auction dates and times are approximate and Biddergy reserves the right to alter times and dates at its discretion. Times are listed as Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are programmed to extend 5 minutes if last minute bids are placed. If no other bids are placed within 5 minutes, auction will end. Example - An item is scheduled to end at 8:00pm, a bid is placed at 7:58pm, the ending time will be extended 5 minutes making the end time 8:03pm, this will continue until no bids are placed during the last 5 minutes.
