MILWAUKEE 25ft Tape Measure:

BESSEY H-Clamp:
They are exceptionally affordable you buy the set of clamping fixtures (head and tail piece), and then attach them to a length of iron black pipe (not included). A nice feature of the BESSEY "H" series pipe clamp fixtures is their height. The extra high base provides industry leading clearance from the work surface. Clamping fixtures are available to fit 1/2 in. and 3/4 in. black pipe. The Pony 3/4 in. Pipe Clamp is designed to be used on any length of 3/4 in. black pipe. This clamp has a clutch disc design for easy adjustments and can be secured at any point along the bar. This clamp meets the rigorous demands of commercial shops, school shops, woodworking or metalworking users.

GRACO 10in. Tip Extension:
Tip extensions save time and reduce fatigue when spraying high, low or recessed areas. They extend your range and you spray more efficiently without ladders or scaffolding. Easily spray those hard-to-reach areas like ceilings, soffits, high walls, overhangs and decks.

HUSKY Extension Cord:
This 16/2 100 ft. Extension cord is outdoor rated and can carry up to 10 Amp. The molded on plug and receptacle are UL rated. The Male Plug is polarized for added safety.

MILWAUKEE 3/8" Carbide Drill Bit:
Milwaukee(R) SDS-Max drill bits provide faster drilling speeds, increased life, and more cordless efficiency. Breaker point pulverize the material leading to up to 20% faster drilling speeds. Rebar guards protect the bit when hitting hard aggregate and rebar leading to longer life. Variable flutes remove the dust out of the hole more efficiently resulting in up to 15% more holes per battery charge. Wide flute entrances lead to faster drilling speeds, while reinforced flutes prevent bit breakage, rendering increased durability in tough concrete applications. The centering tip allows for exact spot drilling. All SDS-Max drill bits meet the ANSI specification for drilling holes for anchor applications and include wear mark indicator when signifying when the bit no longer meets the ANSI spec.

CLASS A – Items that are brand new and fully functional, original packaging may be open or dirty but all pieces and parts are included. Items tested to the best of our ability.

CLASS B – Items that have been slightly used or tested but are fully functional, item might show wear or have slight imperfections, scratches, etc. but that does not affect functionality. Items tested to the best of our ability.

CLASS C – Items that are missing parts or damaged, most items may need slight repair or parts to function.

Inspection Times

All items listed in auction are located for inspection at our facility located at 1919 E Kilgore Service Road, Kalamazoo, MI unless otherwise noted. You are welcome to inspect the items before the auction anytime during our normal business hours which are Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm. Inspection is encouraged as all items are sold "as-is".

Condition

All items listed for auction are to be sold "as is, where as". All items are sold without warranty of any kind, neither expressed nor implied, all sales are final. Biddergy allows 7 days for marine items purchased in "running condition" to be inspected by a "certified marine technician".

Buyers Premium

18% BUYERS PREMIUM. If paying with cash, wire transfer, money order, or cashier's check, then 3% of the buyer's premium is waived, which makes it 15%.

Payment & Removal

Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items no later than 7 days from specific purchase date. Biddergy accepts cash, wire transfer, money order, cashier's check, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express). Successful high bidders are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply. After this 7 day period if your invoice has not been both paid for and picked up, an automatic $2 per lot/per day storage fee will be added to your invoice and will be subject to being resold at the high bidder's expense. Biddergy reserves the right to charge your credit card on file if payment is not made during the designated time allotted. Sales Tax & Title Items

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide our office with the proper documentation upon making payment. Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $90.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can also apply for license plates / registration if you so choose. Non-Michigan Residents will pay according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. It will take approximately 15 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.

Auctions

Auction dates and times are approximate and Biddergy reserves the right to alter times and dates at its discretion. Times are listed as Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are programmed to extend 5 minutes if last minute bids are placed. If no other bids are placed within 5 minutes, auction will end. Example - An item is scheduled to end at 8:00pm, a bid is placed at 7:58pm, the ending time will be extended 5 minutes making the end time 8:03pm, this will continue until no bids are placed during the last 5 minutes.
